Default I know what my next car will be..

I went for a ride in a friends 2010 Turbo PDK and was blown away. It was fast and sure footed for sure, but when we use the launch control take-off a brave new world opened in front of me.

I rode in plenty of Turbos, but they haven't been driven hard like that. The throttle response was very fast and the PDK really impressed me.

I guess I need to start looking for a buyer for my kidneys.

Yeah, but the big upside for Ed is that there are a lot more parts on ebay that won't fit a '74 Carrera, so he will be in "parts buying heaven."

I heard a bunch of fuss about the new pdk turb engine not being as over engineered as the last 09; model... anybody heard about that ? I think the engine is like half the price fi you want to buy one at the dealer or something...

I just want to make sure that those kidneys are not sold to purchase the wrong turbo

all i have to say is $24k to swap the clutch and timing belt on a Ferarri and I will NEVER again say P-car motors are expensive.... maybe a bit pricey for some (including me) but
