window fix
am having trouble with passenger window not retracting down slightly when door opens. it will slide back up if i push it down manually then close the door. wondering if this is something i can fix or if it's best left to a shop.

Try to "retrain" your windows. Lower the window and continue to hold the window botton for 5 seconds once it is completely down. Raise the window and continue holding the botton for 5 seconds after the window us completely up. Repeat both up and down procedutes a second time.
It may not correct your problem, but worth a try.

Could be a window regulator too... that sounds like the symptoms mine had when the regulator went bad...
The fix is documented on this site somewhere, and I think on Renntech.org too. If you're reasonably handy, it's not very difficult. The most difficult part is getting the door panel off without damaging the pieces or the leather if you have a full leather interior.

Mine does the same thing on the passenger side from the outside handle from time to time, I get a double beep and the window will not drop. When it starts to happen more often, I'll replace the microswitch.
