not 2000, I had the dreaded code p0442... Evap system. So I check the gas cap (no lanyard).... and its gone! The benefit of not pumping your own gas in NJ. Called suncoast for a new cap and it came with the lanyard.... it must be a Mk2 thing.
I always pump my own gas in NJ, screw that law! I just push the pump jockey aside!
