I don't think 22k plus is reasonable right now. I think he should list it at $23k, hope for $21, and be ready to accept $20k.

Furthermore, how do you know the motor is "very strong"? dynoed?

I guess because I've owned a bunch of 911's over the years and it 'feels' very strong. Kind of like the way my girlfriend judges our sessions:"I've had lot's of lovers over the years but you are the best...!" she claims

Warranty expired in May this year. It was installed in May 2008.
