Unfortunately it's pouring down rain and is expected to continue until Monday. Luckily I'm off Monday so hopefully I can install them...

I'l guess I'll have plenty of time to take a few pics and perhaps a vid. Stay tuned.
aren't these $1300, why wouldn't you just get the fisters done for $200++ , whats the big difference, they sound pretty close to the same don't they, just wonderin, i haven't done either yet, just tryin to see what's the best option, can anybody tell me.

What! for that amount of $$, I'd rather try Cargraphics, if it's about losing a few lbs, then don't get FisterD's, even though they sound great at every rpm range.

Haven't heard any of the other manufacturer's offerings, including FDs, so I can't compare. I do plan on FD'n my OEM mufflers that I removed.

I still haven't made a video yet - but I intend to, and that's what's important . But I will say this: after living with the M&Ks for awhile I've decided I love the sound, even though at times I would prefer they were a bit quieter, specifically when I'm driving a lot of stop-and-go at low speeds where the engine speed goes below 2500 rpm frequently. It can be somewhat intense. The sound is best described as a "deep rumble" and really turns heads at the weekend car meet in the parking lot of Otto's BBQ. Yes, some would probably describe it as a resonance and indeed it is, but it is not the sort of constant resonance that drives one nuts and delivers a splitting headache, it's just a transitory pressure felt when shifting and the rpms dip down to 2000, then fades out around 2800.

At highway cruising speeds they purr mercilessly and when accellerating up to speed - WOW!

+1, if you are enjoying them, that's all that matters, and you give yourself an option for the FD's when the time comes.

who is the liar that posted on here removing the mufflers is a 20 min job per side? LMAO... took me forever! I feel like the studs in the first pic were put in backwards... because there was no room to remove them... I had to unbolt from the motor brackets.. 1 click of the wrench at a time....

took it for a spin around the block with them off... fun! now to wait for my fabspeeds.... the worst part is that they arrive monday.... same day my driveway is being replaced.. i cant drive on it for 48 hours... so the car has to sit in the garage with the new exhaust for 2 days before I get to test it out.. argh!

That's because those bolts stay in until the muffler is removed. You only remove the three that bolt to the fender (and the clamp that attaches to the cat pipe, and the tips) and the whole thing comes out as an assembly.

Don't feel bad though - I tried to do the same thing.

First time I tried to take a muffler off I did the same but 1/2 hour in I figured out the other bolts were there...... It's kinda nice to figure it out before taking the whole thing out.
