I have H&R hubcentric 15's all around from Wheel Enhancement.

Definitely worth the extra coin for German TUV-certified quality.

 

There might be a chance to get 4 hubcentric spacers in either 7mm,14mm, or combination, milled spacers(not cast) from T6 6063 aluminum, ISO 9001 certified for $50. That's right all 4 for $50 plus shipping.

Just gauging interest right now.

Well you have to have some sort of quality to be ISO9001 certified. Basically if this goes through, doubters will get left behind and others will get rewarded.

If it's milled on a CNC machine to exacting tolerances and the aluminum is pure, meaning no junk metals or contamination, there's not too much to go wrong. The same reason why I buy some tools from Harbor Freight. There is only so many ways you can make something that is simple.

 

ISO 9001 certification is a standardized manufacturing process. You apply for this cert to an outside auditing agency. Once certified, you run your own shop. It says nothing about the quality regarding the product you produce.

I audit plants for a living . While this cert is nice like GMP, its not a guarantee...

You have a point but it is my understanding(from being audited in the past) that you need to provide consistent and repeatable processes and this consistency can only help in quality control to ensure that one product doesn't deviate too much from the next product.

I do agree that companies can use it as a marketing scam or just get certified to make themselves look better.

We all know that 9001 certification isn't say much like some of the others like TUV, JWA, etc but it can also weed out the very bad companies(most of the time) as well.
