Hi,

Can anyone help me?.

Does anyone know were this guy's home is.



Ive got the mufflers out while doing plugs so id like to find him a home.

maybe an overflow for the coolant tank? or a drain line of some sort? what does it connect to?

I was just looking at some photos in another post and I was wondering do the drain holes on the bottom of the Air box have tubing attached?.
Ill have a check of the coolant tank thanks.

are you going to replace the spark plug tube o'rings too? looks like you have a seeper

I changed my plugs recently and kind of remember seeing that, so maybe it's normal.

Yes, it's normal. Same tube on my car ('03). i think it's a drain tube from the roof but not 100% sure. There's no drain hose conencted to the airbox for sure since the bottom of the airbox is full of holes already.

I believe it's a drain from the rear spoiler, so that any water that gets in there can get out. I saw it recently when I was doing my plugs.

that drain should be on top of the heat sheild.

Another top bit of 996 build quality.

That pipe should have been about 3-4 inches longer.
