Tips and clamps are not included; only the cans
I am almost positive they are the same mufflers as the MK2 996. I can snap a picture or 2 of the part numbers if needed in a couple days.

Damn that is a sweet deal......and the muffler brackets with the 3 studs included too?
It would be worth the drive to pick those up and do the hack are send to FisterD.
GLWS!

PM sent! Now just need to know if they fit my 996 C4S.
Anyone?
Thanks!
2003 C4S Coupe in the shop still hung over from the "drive" off the transport truck. And no, I still have never driven the car.

Funny how that works. I heard the same about the GT3 Cat Bypass pipes vs the 996 cat bypass pipes.
I went ahead and installed the GT3 cat bypass pipes onto my 996 and they fit perfectly between the x51 headers and the Fabspeed mufflers. That being the case, I can see no reason for the GT3 mufflers not to fit a 996 unless the bracket is different and if so that can be unbolted and replaced with your stock one.
Cheers,
-Paul

I can't say 100% that the mufflers are identical due to not knowing the part numbers, but again, I can't imagine they would be different. Conventional wisdom says they are the same. I looked for part numbers tonight and could not locate them on the cans.
For $50, give it a shot.
To clarify your statement in your note, the engines are not identical between the C4S and the GT3, if that is what you were saying.
Re: condition; they are fine, only ~13k on them; no cracks, dents, dings, etc
