Default obdII code help

These codes came from a car I am interested in buying. Can anyone help me decipher these into English?

Thanks,

Jeff

Not really anything to worry about there. The alarm codes are common, usually mean a door left open, trunk or something like that. Others shown are not major. No engine codes shown. Looks like this was done with a standard OBD reader. I would be nice to see a readout with a PST2 of a Durametric so you could see hours on engine, over revs, etc. If you are thinking of buying the car invest in a PPI, it is worth the few hundred dollars.

Dharn55,

Thank you. That's good info. These readings came with an inspection package from the owner who had it done at a local indi mechanic in Escondido, CA. Only the brakes showed up as suspect with about 25% wear left. I will ask about getting the Durametric printout and if my offer is accepted I am going to have compression and leak down tests performed.

Thanks again for your help.

Those are the codes you would normally see after replacing the battery.
Best thing to do is clear them and see if any come back.

I hope that if you buy the car your are going to drive it back from CA to Cape Cod. It would be a great drive.

Good luck with your future Porsche purchase...my 99 996 spent time on the cape with the original owner.
