we'll be very pleased to received your post with car, model year, mileage, etc

One more parameter you should collect is "replacement" versus failure. Many of the early M96 motors were not replaced to failure but just replaced for R&D on the RMS leak.

You're right Dell!

It's my poor english...

I mean blown engine (IMS failures, D chunks, oil-coolant intermixing, etc)

There's a guy here in Ontario that has an ad running in our local Kijji for data from M96 owners (he says Boxster owners & IMS issues) as he wants to start a class action lawsuit against Porsche in Canadian courts.

He's been trying this for quite a while, through various means. It seems to me that if nobody has nailed Porsche in the US, where contingency fees are common practice it ain't gonna happen in little old Ontario, where you still have to write a cheque if you want to sue someone.

I know It will be impossible, but we are trying to show this problems to everybody thanks to a magazine. In Spain car magazines have not vey good quality reports and It's rare to find any of them claiming against a manufacturer.

Thanks for the link

I've been involved in many class action lawsuits over the last several years. I have yet to see a penny. Class action is where attorneys use a large class that were wronged to make millions.

Anyone in the know care to respond?
