Default First pics of my 996

It has been 8 years since the last time I was a Porsche owner. I traded my 99' Boxster for a SUV when my wife was pregnant with our first child. Now I am the father of two beautiful daughers and once again a Porsche owner.

Here are some pics. 03' C2, Seal Grey, PSM, heated/pwr seats, auto dim, 18"

I haven't had much time to drive yet, but when I did it felt great! I am smiling now just thinking about it.

Now the fun begins. I already bought a Misha GT2M wing that is going to the paint shop tomorrow and aluminum pedals. Hopefully the weather gets better by the weekend so I can work on the car.

This forum has been a fountain of information and a fun place to be. More pics, stories and questions to come.

when logging is make sure and "remember" (forget the wording, but click the button when logging in...

then edit your first post (there is a button only you will see on the lower right - hover the mouse over them.. one says "edit" - then "go Advanced"

under your message in "additional options is a button "manage attachments" click that and it will open a download window.

browse for your pics

download

when successfull (follow size guidlines) "close window"
then "save changes"

Good luck and welcome to the forum

very clean looking, and a GT2 wing is just what you need

welcome.... will need to balance the gt2 wing with a more agressive front end. The gt2 wing by it self will make it unstable at speeds.

it is beautiful bone stock right now. adding the wing might be a bit much on an otherwise stock body?

welcome back!

I bet you are happier now. Great looking car. The newer cars just keep getting better in handling. A nice and safe winter to you.
