The March Automobile magazine has an article about the 10 greatest porsche

Hurley has been driving(racing) Porsches for 41 years, so that must have earned him some credibility with the brand don't you think?

He probably was paid by Porsche to say that

It's about time the 996 gets the respect it deserves!

So many enthusiasts hail the 993 as being the last of the air-cooled, but no one stands up to give due credit to the game-changing 996 model. Over a decade later and the core 996 aesthetics still blow competitive designs right out the door. As classic as the original.

I can hardly believe it. A positive comment about the '99 996. I'm going to go hug my C2.

How interesting. I'd be interested in hearing why he thinks that. I like his taste in 911's.

Nice to hear something nice about the 99.

He chose the '99 because it was a groundbreaking design for Porsche (water cooled and all). He loved it in the factory videos on the Coochas website too!

Funny, when I picked up my car from the mechanic, it was sitting next to a 997, and my car looked more vintage to me, especially from the rear. Maybe it's my Twist rims?
