Default NEED HELP IN FRANKURT, GERMANY

There is a Porsche part that I want to buy. It's just outside Frankfurt, but the seller won't ship to the US. It weights about 30 pounds and will easily fit in a box about 22"x22"x10" with lots of newspaper for cushion. It's used and a pretty durable part. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this done with minimal seller help?

Ask him to deliver the part to a local freight outlet (FedEx, DHL, etc.) and have them box it up and ship it.

Or maybe someone in the military over there....

I used to ship stuff from Germany, and the military postal service calculates the shipping from APO New York.
