Default NIP / TUCK

Well a little more than just a nip or tuck... doing this nose job took the same amount that would of cost if I had to replace the original which was cracked by a cone (or two) that I hit on the frwy. Plus a finally got some real though wheels that will not brake when I hit the smallest poodle. I mean puddle...

Here are some shots I just took, I like the GT2 look and this bumper from Precision Porsche it's not that bad, but not the tight fit I expected. Scale 1-10 I give it a 7. The bracket where the original bumper was attached to it's the one the shows thru the holes, that should be painted black. The car is going back in to make those adjustements, let's see if they improve the second time and then I will rate their work.

The shop insisted on a mesh, but I think it's making the car run a bit hotter I'm pretty sure it's the mesh. I will also re-do the interior of the bumper myself and add material to improve air flow to the radiators. The bumper didn't come with those parts.

here we go!

Looks great on your car, you've got a good look going.

Good luck on the adjustments, and watch out for the poodles, ha.

NICE GT2 Style -

you should do an Amberectomy to those headlights, that would update them a lot IMO - otherwise, looks great

Looks O.K. though the lip looks to big...perhaps if it was painted silver it would look better.

Very nice!

Is that made of rigid fiberglass, or flexible eurathane?

Looks good! May be the pic but it looks a it's drop off by the right headlamp, inboard side. Maybe they can adjust it toward the light a bit?

that lip is way big... the standard gt2 lip is the way to go IMO. Good looking car in general though.

The lip is a little big but overall good looks. Techart would always be my first choice if I'm spending someone else's money though

That looks terrible.

I am willing to take it off of your hands, at no cost to you, in order for you to avoid embarrasment. (It is Arctic Silver, right?)

Actually just found out the shop doesn't want to adjust the bumper anymore, first the "owner" said he would and then after i drove it for two weeks (couldn't bring it in earlier cause he wasn't answering my calls or returning my messages) he said I probably hit the bumper so had I caused the problem. Also he conveniently did not remember that the headlight was digging into the paint.

I'm actually happy I'm going to fix it myself without these idiots ever touching my car again. It's like a weight has lifted.

there were so many things wrong that when I picked up the car the "owner" ask me to make a list. So I did. I texted him saturday and said I'm bringing the car and the list. he answer was:"bring your wallet with the list"...
I could go on forever.

I say, what a pathetic human being.

Never trust cheap shops, I learned the lesson.

I agree and pointed it out when I picked it up, but today, the day after I brought it in the shop to get it redone, they say that I caused that. Off course you can see it was already there the day of delivery.
