i will have to check into ashtray cubby. you would have to be crazy to smoke in a newer porsche, imo

Order it from Sunset, it will be less even with shipping.

Also, I believe there are two different shapes, so you will need to specify if it is going into the top or bottom slot.

FWIW,
Since I had CF around the CD holder I decided to mod it rather than get the upper cubby. You can pop out all the guts quite easily, then line the bottom w/ rubber, and voila, u got cubby.
It's smaller than the regular one, but perfect for cellphones, ID badges, etc. I'll snap a pic tonight.

I just purchased the CD storage box to replace the old tape storage box. Can anyone tell me a safe way to remove the old tape storage box? I don't want to just "yank on it" if there is a better way. Thanks

Andy is correct.

Open all of the cassett/CD drawers
Grab all of the drawers with both hands
yank the unit out.
Inseret new cubby.

Total time = 8.42 seconds.
