Default Pictures - Finally

I was trying to set the record for the longest gap in time between the acquisition and posting pictures on the forum. Now, 5+ months later, here are the photos. Tim must have been haunting me!!!

This car was purchased from Reggie Colby in April.

https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...-for-sale.html

There is an interesting story about the transaction. Reggie and I were in the process of finalizing the deal during the first Sunday in Feb. The next morning I found out that my job was eliminated. I immediately called Reggie and let him know that I was not a "faker" and that I really wanted the car, but I needed to wait to secure employment. I felt good about finding another job as it is very rare to find individuals with my years of experience. I kept in touch with Reggie with every interview and we were able to complete the deal 3-4 weeks later.

I have not changed the car at all. But, there are a few items on my short list.

- Refinish - Front Bumper Cover, Hood, R&L Fender, Rockers, and Rear Bumper Cover
- Tint Windows
- Have been hearing creaking sound when turning wheel after car has warmed up.

I received the car was 43,000 miles and I just turned 48,000. It is my DD when weather is good and will be going into storage next month for the winter.

No problems at all. I have a good indy mechanic here in Cleveland that works on many of the local PCA cars.

I truly enjoy every minute that I own and drive this car.

The paint work will be preformed at Stoddard Porsche. From my research, they have a stellar reputation in this area for body work.

Has anyone here worked with them before?

I'm curious as to who your indy mechanic in the Cleveland area is.

Autobahn Extremist - Chris

Great guy. Really treats the car like it was his own.

To be honest I'd totally forgotten about this car selling... which is amazing considering how long it took.
