I was going in the garage and try starting it . If it blows up, I am sending the bill to Mark.

Jokes aside, if I had to do this again, I would in a heart beat.

Here is my baby resting

Plus if you don't have a problem how many times can you post, "Wow I had a great day today with my car. I drove it and it didn't blow up!" ????

Me too! I've had my car for slightly over 2 years - aside from money spent on mods, and consumables, not a single repair bill. Compared to both 944's that I owned and had a stack of repair bills, the 996 "folder" seems like it's missing a bunch of paperwork! Knocking on wood...

But , I have had my car for around 2 years now and other than brakes or oil the first real repair is this week, Left bank catalytic converter and covered under emissions warranty so no complaints.
My Boxster S was just as reliable.

my C4S has never had RMS. It's has 64k miles and runs perfect.

I think RMS happens to cars that sit in the garage.

"Help! 2 years of ownership, zero problems..NORMAL?"

Hell, I owned my car for almost 5 years with zero problems and I'm anything but normal.
