To each his own, but I don't see pinstripes working on a 996. To me the clean liquid lines are both contemporary and timeless.


Pinstripes just don't fit.

Just my take, and I may be biased. Pinstripes remind me of the 1977 brown Chevy Caprice classic with vinly roof my dad drove when I was little.
A fine memory for sure, but not exactly Porsche.

in my house I always taught the kids to stand WAY back after putting the lights on the christmas tree, squint real hard until your have fairly blurred vision and see if you notice any bare spots -

that trick might work for pinstriping a P-car too

OK - I get the message, NO PINSTRIPES on the P-car.

Geez, you woulda thought I was gonna go on Pimp My Ride or something.
