I really should change that... I joined Rennlist when I had a 993, which obviously, I do not anymore (having upgraded to the far superior 996).

I'm really not even sure that I want to sell my baby. There's nothing wrong with it other than being 8 years old.

Well, that's no reason to sell the car. If she's beautiful, you still love her, and she's trouble free, then keep her... philosophy works with cars and women.

im just hitting 45k on my 2001. i have acess to a lift, and plan to do the service my self (45k). it is unfortunate someone may look at the carfax and see 45k serv isnt there. blasted old carfax!!

I think you should be able to hold on to your receipts for parts purchased and whatnot; that's what I do for anything I do on the car; mods, maintenance, receipts for the oil from the Autozone down the road, and printed documentation of what I did and at what mileage; you name it, I've documented it.

I use a 3-ring binder and use plastic page protectors/sleeves to keep everything so I don't have to hole punch anything and the paperwork doesn't get damaged.
