It is actually very very expensive land, and the track is owned by the county. And the people that own the land, aside from building next to a noisy track when they like quiet, are pretty smart and were able to cause such rules.
The cans fit with the 99 brackets. We haven't put the bumper back on yet, and I haven't heard it yet, but im hoping it works.

I have the fabspeed bypass pipes since last fall. Took the mufflers off last winter, and still have not thrown a CEL yet. I'll have in car video from the race to post up.
