EDIT: looks ok from the fourth photo. Just don't go under the car until you have a secondary safety system. (ie big block of wood, hydraulic jack set too. etc.)

No problemo, I've spent 12 years living under MSHA rules. Safety is the only thing I think about when working under suspended loads.
