Well, I'll let this true story answer that question.
My wife was out one evening for dinner with some other women. A man and a woman walked into the restaurant and the woman was well endowed and showing a lot of cleavage. One of my wife's friends said, "Those are fake!" to which my wife responded "Men don't care!" My wife said they all had a good laugh about the truth in that statement.
