Default Cup holders integrated into the center console

I had an extra center console (or two) laying around from an ebay purchase (wanted some back up interior pieces for some custom painting that I was going to do). After having removed the stock console to paint it I got to thinking that there might be room to put a couple of cup holders into the console. So one day I started hacking a console up and this is what I came up with (patent pending). I have enough consoles to make at least 10 more, but wanted to see what kind of interest there is out there for this. It works very well and fits 20oz bottles. Feedback welcome.
Thanks
Keith

Looks awesome! That should be OEM right there. Doesn't look compatible with my 986S, though

Sjfehr,
From the research that I've done, the console for Boxsters from '97 to '04 and 911's from '99 to '04 are the same...
Thanks for the feedback so far.

Great craftsmanship!

FYI.....the console for all 986 and 996 cars is the same. The only difference is the coupe has a slightly different rear side panel snap on piece and an extra rear trim piece but the console is identical.

How much for one done in stock textured black finish?
Looks awesome and would solve the only complaint I have with my interior.

May be so, but I've got a tip and heated seats, so I don't think this would work in my car. I have pop-out cupholders already, but these look perfect, like what Porsche should have done in the first place.

Well done.
Would you also make a console with one holder?
