Default Stuck horn

I'm sorting out some items in the new car. One issue is the horn does not work. So first thing I check is the fuse to see if its blown. Turns out the fuse is missing. This is easy I thought. I find a fuse, pop it in and presto, the horn works. Only problem is it works continually. Damn thing won't shut off. Any suggesting on where to start the troubleshooting? Horn or steering wheel?

TIA

Brian,

THe horn issue is a common problem. Check out this link on Renntech. If you are not a member there, it will pay dividends to become one.

I'm with Tim, I think the bushings are worn and the contacts are stuck in the closed position.
Previous owner probably didn't want to deal with resolving it, and so pulled out the fuse.

Good Luck!
