No worries. I was charged $237 for the PPI but it does not include a compression/leak down test. The car is CPO'd so if that was an issue it's going back to the dealer.
I would not worry too much about the PPI, but agree that it can't hurt to know more about the car. How much are they asking for the car? I missed it in your post.
