Default Took the plunge on #151

Picking up 40th Anniv #151 on Friday in Atlanta & driving back to NY. Should be a nice way to get acquainted with the car. I'll post pictures after I get it cleaned up.

Congrats! Looking forward to seeing the pics. I agree that a roadtrip with a new car is the best way to get acquainted.

No doubt you'll have a blast with your 40th. Be sure you pack a radar detector, your Porsche will be tempting the 'loud' pedal by the time you hit 5th gear! GL and enjoy the ride.

The sheriff in Georgia will accept a man's wife as a bail? What possible incentive is that to appear at any future court hearings?

Congrats! Good luck on the drive home! I picked my 40th up in Maryland and drove her back to Oklahoma. My drive was in late January so I bet you'll have better weather...

Well we made it home Sat afternoon. 1,000 miles & 15 hours of seat time. I think we know each other pretty well already. Outside of some downpours & fog, the drive was pretty easy. Absolutely no car problems. Cruised at 80-85 most of the way & had to occasionally go a bit faster....Love the torque of this engine. Can't wait to get some track time.

Pictures later today.

Already on order:
- B&M short shift
- Bumper plugs
- Side markers
