Very soft sidewall. I wouldn't get those. This going on your 996?

Swapping in the 760s for street tires next. I have the old 750s and loved them even in heavy rain.

I have to admit, after almost 500 miles mine are really stepping up... I drove them into an on ramp with 3 corners yesterday... I was shocked how well they did ! MUCH better than when they were new, in fact I felt the most grip I have ever felt in the car. I am really excted for the next day out at in the cones!!

I just tracked one of VW Accessories' car with these tires on them, and honestly, they are pretty damn good for an all-season. After about 5 laps they'd get pretty greasy, but I was still impressed.

Granted I think all-season tires are a waste of time, as ultra-high performance ones like this aren't going to be good in the snow anyway, so why compromise on dry grip? Get two sets of wheels/tires...

As for the Sumitomo HTR-ZIII's, they are an amazing tire. I have recommended them to two different people and they love them. For the price, you aren't going to find anything better. I am running HTR-ZII's on my Corrado and I am very impressed. The ZIII's are even better.
