Factory amp and speakers available.
I have upgraded my factory stereo and have the factory amp and door speakers available for FREE to my fellow Rennlisters in need. They came out of an '02 C4 cab w/ the Hi-Fi stereo option.

Are they Bose??? my left speaker has been "funkylately, if they are Bose I will take them and happily pay shipping,

Marc - I don't believe they're Bose - all components are labeled: HAES - Made in Germany.
I would assume if they were Bose they'd have their logo on it and Made in USA...

I know this message is a little dated but do you still have them available? I am having an issue with my front dash speaker - it does not work at all. Thus I am wondering if it could be the amp, or the speaker, or something else?

Wonderful. As for swapping the speaker inputs. That sounds simple enough, but can you explain the best way to do that? I went out and took a look at the amp (in the trunk right?) but am unsure how to go about swapping that out. I really appreciate your help and hopefully I can get this back up and going!

Mine is a C4 and the amp is located inside the trunk on the passenger fender well - you'll see a black plastic cover w/ 2 screws holding it in. All speakers terminate here, but they're in a harness. I captured all of my speaker wires by color, but I cannot locate my notes and may have tossed them. 
If you determine the amp is bad, I can send you a perfectly functioning unit. However, I no longer have my factory dash speakers, only the door speakers. The dash speakers got sacrificed to house the after market speakers I installed as the factory speaker is also the mounting system.

Are these still available? I have a 99 with the hi fi option and my door speakers are rattlers. I'd love to replace them with good original units. I'm not up to a larger project right now.

The amp has been shipped to a fellow Rennlister, but the door speakers are still available. PM me w/ shipping info and agree to cover shipping costs and they are yours!
