ABS/PSM Lights
*Update - Post 12*
I've gotten the ABS and PSM lights on a couple times this week when I first start the car. Usually restarting it will cure it. It doesn't feel any different. Anything I should be looking for/at?

Scott,
MAF's go bad around your mileage/years in use.
This is the cheapest I have found for replacement.

Chao - Wouldn't a bad MAF throw a CEL or something emission related? Also, it only seems to come on when I start the car and immediately drive (running late to work) or hit all kind of electronics (immediately take top down, play w radar and radio). If it doesn't come on within those first few seconds, it doesnt come on at all, and it hasnt come on if I restart the car.
My bad MAF never did. It threw ABS and PSM lights. It will continue like this until one day the lights will just stay on until you replace the MAF.
Do a search and most people experienced this issue with these symptoms. Of course there may be other reason but unless you have a durametric, it is hard to tell.

Finally got around to replacing the brake switch this weekend. For starters, it took me way longer than it should have. The new switch came with the button extended out too far. This prevented me from twisting it in and locking it in place. After multiple cuts on my hand and curses while laying upside down in the drivers footwell, I noticed that the switch can be pressed down so it doesnt extend quite as far. It then twisted in nice and easy.
It didn't fix my occasional starting problem (obviously, since you dont need the brake to start the car), but it does seem to have fixed my PSM/ABS lights. It's been 2 days and no lights. Can't complain about a $25 fix (bought it through the dealer so I didnt need to wait for it to get shipped).
I'm going to pick up a clutch switch to see if that fixes the starting problem, otherwise will try ignition switch next. If neither work, I'll have my mechanic take a look.
So if you have a similar problem, start with the brake switch before going after the MAF or anything else more expensive
