OK Guys

I figure if all Rennlist members agree to form a consortium.........then we all re-mortgage everything we own and buyout a percentage of Porsche, we can give ourselves access to free parts for life!!
Cheers

from the article:

"Meanwhile on Monday, several thousand Porsche workers walked off their jobs to protest the proposed fusion of the two companies amid fears the storied brand could lose its elite status and workers would lose their jobs."

i find it interesting that part of the reason for the walk out was about the workers' pride in the porsche brand.

C'mon, you think GM, Ford and Chrysler workers wouldn't do the same thing?

There are two reasons a man does anything: a good reason and the real reason.

That's a nice idea but I'm afraid I won't get much from my 996 if I sold it to become an investor. 996's are like Wal-Marts... rolling back prices... rolling rolling rolling...

Yes, but the price of a 3.4 reman has gone up 50-60% or more in the last three years. thats is kind of crazy. Porsche has never really acknowledged the flaws in the M96 engines, and has never disclosed the type and percentages of failures. Now they seem to be just trying to milk 996 owners for everything they can get. Just my opinion.
