For $2500 you are very close to a set of custom-offset CCW forged wheels ($2800). No lip on the CCWs, but they are lighter and stronger than most alternatives and will fit perfectly. Quick turn-around (at least that was my experience).

I don't like them as much now that I see them on a 996.

I know a local guy here in Dallas that's selling his Victor Equipment Lemans wheels in black flavor. He goes by MCM97 on 6speedonline. Drop him a PM.

I don't care for the wheels because they look too much like the "lobster fork" OEM wheels on the 997.1 cars and, IMO, those are the fugliest wheels Porsche has offered.
