Default Replaced polyrib, pulley issue?

I shredded a polyrib a couple weeks ago on my 44K C2. A fellow owner told me premature belt wear is commonly caused by a misaligned pulley, which prompted me to check. They all look OK except this one possibly. What do you think, is the belt hanging over a tad?

Origional belt?...making it 7 years old.

I wouldn't sweat it. I broke one at like 45K miles on my 99. When I really started to look at it the thing was clearly old and dry-rotted.

Nah, it's just intermix. Or maybe a cracked liner.
