I need to learn abbreviations
I have to keep searching every time I read a thread. I found out I have a Fab Speed cold air kit. I'm trying to figure out what mufflers are on my car now.
There is no way they are factory mufflers.
Is PSE just a brand of muffler?
What the heck is C&C? Someone replied in my earlier thread, they are doing C&C now in Colorado.
I went to a cruise in with the Targa. I got a lot of interesting responses to the car. I heard nice car is that a 944, is that a Cayman, and what the hell is that? It was fun, there isn't a lot of Porsche's in my area. Its like seeing Bigfoot or Sasquatch.
Here are a couple of pics, it has been touch and go with sun here in Ohio.

PSE = Porsche Sport Exhaust
It's the factory version of a louder exhaust. Porsche claims no performance changes, just noise. Your car didn't have it from the factory, otherwise "XLF" would be on your option sticker. But it's possible to add the PSE exhaust later, or even mod the stock cans to make them sound like PSE. Of course the other option is that the previous owner installed a 3rd party cat back exhaust e.g. GHL, Fabspeed, Phoenix etc.. It's also possible your car has an "orange cap".

CAI = cold air intake
MAF = Mass air flow sensor (what you get to buy new after you use CAI w/ oiled air filters)
IMO - in my opinion
OP - original poster
IIRC - if I remember correctly
also you can put "most" into google and hit search, they will yeild results that make it easier to guess what the hell people are talking about
Beautiful car..... what is it ?

Look behind your rear wheel (toward the rear bumper) = if its an aftermarket exhaust you should see some type of marking on the can...
Pretty car BTW -- love how the Targa has an all black top...
