That's a great pic, and I'm also driving mine quite a bit more.

I'll only drive mine less only if I lose my license for a major speed infraction.

My 996TT has 5556 miles on it, just came back from a 3 month stay at the detailer's over the winter (words can't describe how it came out) and it will be my son's car when I'm gone.

So depreciation means nothing to some people and there is an important role for garage queens.
It seems to me that if you have no intention of selling the car, you could justify the garage queen, OR the higher mileage DD. It's the ones in the middle that are more difficult. If you drive it every day, like I do, and you have no intention of selling it, then depriciation doesn't matter. I bought the car to drive and enjoy, and I don't care how much it depreciates due to mileage. I eventually plan to turn the C4S into a dedicated track car when I eventually buy another Carrera. My wife hasn't yet bought into this plan, but she'll come around.

OMG, the dreaded "PMP". Does this involve restraining me in the seat and super gluing my hand to the shifter until I drive it?

No, we won't need to use restraints. We will super glue your *** (or more "personal" items) to the seat until you drive the car!
