If you really want to impress us, then refund Andreas and Mr Sila's money. After what the've been thru, it's the RIGHT thing to do.

Alan,
Just curious - should I expect a box to show up on my doorstep one day, or will I hear from you directly, in some way?

You could save on shipping costs by simply purchasing the new wheel from my local Toyota dealer. I'd gladly pick it up in person.

Nice move, Alan, but it is a real shame that it took intense, public, Rennlist pressure for either of these customers to, at this juncture at least, travel this far down the road of product and service satisfaction.

No actually, any other company I deal with would have made good the moment it happened, not wait over 2 years. GOOD LUCK.
