Help! Airbag Removal?
Use a T-25 to remove, and I can feel it turning, making sure to turn it the correct way, but the screws are not seeming to turn - at least the airbag is not budging. Its not rounded out - the Torx bit seats everytime
Any tips?

Wow. I'm glad that's over with. MF'r.
Long story short, rounded out one of the Torx bolts, had to use an extractor, but getting an extractor to set while holding the extractor bit, in one hand and hammering left handed, upwards, behind the wheel. @!#$!!
Dell came over and supplied the needed extra set of hands, vise grips, and mallet, so the airbag and wheel are off now.
Will need to remove the ring inside the wheel that hold those bolts [they don't come out fully from the wheel] and see if I can get a replacement one at the dealer or another source.

Bonus.
Found out by reviewing the PET that I can get just the screws.
You can pull the retaining frame, and then you can remove the bolts.
p/n 999 073 183 02 "pan head screw" M6 X 10.5
Heck, Ace Hardware carries that I'm sure.

Scott,
The recovered parts look great! Can't wait to see pics of them installed. Are you going to buy an alcantara shift **** to go with the set?
