Not much snow on the ground, but this was in the spring with the big man. Skis had to go diagonally in the car.

And yes, I do like moguls.

Looks pretty clean to me - I don't know what your definition of "road grime" is - but even your rims look great!

My Massachusetts Porsche is my 550 Boxster S Anniv. model that I ordered and bought new. What makes you think there will be a "next guy"? I still love it and have no plans to sell it. I can't stand the idea of Road Salt eating it from the inside out.

we switched last year to salt here too...the stupid thing is that in Seattle the rain will wash away the snow in 24-48 hours so why are we salting the roads??

i agree, that it will destroy a car...just bustin yur chops a tad...all in good humor

Oh no problem, I meant the reply in jest as well. (hence the humorous icon)

When I only lived in MA, I used to keep it indoors when the roads were messy (salted) but I loved it when it would rain and wash off the roads. Then I'd take it out again.

Now I solved it by living in CA during the winter so no problem.

Tired of the Subaru already?

Oh, to the others--a little road grime and salt doesn't bother me, but driving boring cars while I have a Porsche in the garage sure does. The sooner I wear this one out, the sooner I get an even better one.

My son drove the Subaru on that day!

It's actually a great snow car. We've driven it up to the ski resorts several times.

FWIW, this road grime gave me a good excuse to wash and wax the 996. It looks much better now.
