Greetings from MN! I saw that too, and had to laugh--your wheels looks great. I have really considered black wheels for my 996 too. 6speed is kind of a moth-and-flame thing for me. I buzz over there once in a while, get grief for my choice of 18" wheels or lack of a wing, and then leave.

Thanks! I saw them first on Ray S's avatar and liked them a lot! In real life they are even better. They have a great finish and all smooth surfaces. Easier to clean than others I have had. You can use stock Porsche hubcaps too.

Jon996, thanks for the compliment on the wheels. Your wheels look fantastic. They are stunning with the red paint. I read a post on 6-speed last night where Ben told someone that their car looked like junk...I just shook my head. I appreciate how civilized it is here. The E46 Fanatics forum is even worse.
Steve, I'm sorry I missed your post about this steering wheel...I thought this post died. I'm glad you like it.

Thanks for posting the ducktail for sale. I'd consider it, but the car in the pics looks like an authentic GT3 (prob. not an RS), but isn't the GT3 intake vent area different from a standard 996? I believe this is why there are two different types of taco tails you can buy for the 996...one for the aerokit (non GT3), and the actual GT3 wing??
