My dad has the 2002 C4S that I sold him about 10 months ago. It is a gorgeous, flawless 33k mile, white on ommaculate black full leather, sport exhaust, SSK, otherwise stock car with remaining CPO from Porsche.
I sold it to him for what I paid, about $52k. I haven't been following the 996 C4S market. What do you guys think this car might be worth? It is located in Bay Area of CA.
He is considering selling now that he is retired.
Thanks.

Im sorry to bring you guys the heartbreak... I followed the C4S market very closely as I just bought my 2002 C4S about 6 months ago.
When negotiating the price the previous owner did something pretty smart, I thought: he used cars.com and basically priced cars in $ value per mile. He found that the C4S took a price hit when the car went over 40K miles ($1.04 / mile). Anyway, you might just want to see how much people are asking that way to get a ballpark for your car.
I would think, considering options, and CPO it would be worth somewhere in the 45-47 mark private party (and that may be a little optimistic).
GLWS - more pics of that beauty, I love it in white.

I don't have many pics of the car. He was going to email some to me when he gets back home. It really is a clean car though, perfect paint and interior, beautiful sound from exhaust, no squeaks or rattles, super crisp handling (curiously, far better than on my 996tt). Here's a couple more (poor) pics. I think he would be doing well in the $45-$48k range but that's up to him.
If anyone knows anybody who might be interested, be sure to let me know as I bet he'd be more inclined to sell if he didn't think it would be a big drawn out process.
Thanks for you comments.
