thanks for starting the thread and the pictures and reviews. I am going to get them for my Cayman S Black Edition. just wondering if Nankang is Z rated.

my current tires are:
Front: MICHELIN PILOT SUPER SPORT 265/35ZR19 XL 91Y UTQG: 300 AA A
Rear: MICHELIN PILOT SUPER SPORT 265/65ZR19 XL 99Y UTQG: 300 AA A

and am moving to :

Front: Nankang NS-20 235/35R19XL 91Y BSW UTQG: 240AAA
Rear: Nankang NS-20 265/35R19XL 98Y BSW UTQG: 240AAA

I know I am moving down to a cheaper quality. as long as they are ok for the speed. I am fine with the cheaper quality.

Let me know guys.

thanks
Sean

Question: Older info I read indicated a Z speed rating for the NS-20, which is for speeds up to 150. Is this no longer accurate? I also remember the nankang load ratings were somewhat low compared to similar tires.

I readily admit that I also buy non-N tires, but the speed rating would concern me.

I've seen online reviews saying that Nanking run wide...275 is equal to a 285.

Nankang and Milestar are both owned by Tireco.

I ran Milestar 932 on my Acura now for two years. Very good tires for the ridiculously low price. Very quiet, wear well, and have good traction in the dry and wet. I had them out in the snow once, they did OK.

I have testet The NS-2, NS20 and the NS2-R

Ns2 and NS-20 is quiet, easy to do skids, and not perfect in the wet conditions.

NS2-R is a cheap semi slicks that realy is bang 4 bucks, perfect on high HP driftcars.
