You live in Carlsbad? I'm studying up there at GIA.

Clutch & RMS is being done by the used car dealer I bought it from in LA (since he's doing the RMS for FREE & paying for half of the clutch), he's going to use genuine Porsche parts & blah blah, but I'm going to have the car re-inspected afterwards to make sure they did everything right anyway.
One thing to note - I also have the EVO intake and when my MAF had problems a few years ago my local Porsche dealer replaced it, but refused to warrantee the part because they said that the intake could kill it.

... that was almost 4 years ago and I've not had a single problem.

As other said, Porsche dealers can be a little particular when they see parts that they don't like.

PPI, better at the dealership or with an indie??

As for the exterior color, I looked it up, it's cobalt blue metallic. (Kevin, you were right )
I can help. A tech that used to work for me at our old shop Porsche exclusive shop Mind Over Motorsports (now closed) is working on his own (Porsche trained, was also a tech at Pioneer Porsche). He has a facility but will also come to you for PPI, service, mods, etc... Call Ryan Calvert @ 949-683-8300. He will be a lot less expensive than other local options and stands behind his work - lots of our old street and track customers now go to him directly. Please tell him I referred you. Just a note on your aftermarket intake. We used to have an entire shelf dedicated to the one's we pulled off 996's with space next to it for the blown MAF from the same car. Just food for thought since the gains (if any) are next to nothing if not in fact - a loss.

Nice car, great color BTW.

Nice car! Welcome!
I would lose the rims too - too large and flower like!
Sweet color too, enjoy it!
