One mil bail , no way i'm sorry that guy died feel bad for his family and especially if he has children. however the guy that got caught didnot force the other guy to race. the living guy should be sighted for careless and reckless driving (endangering the public) while speeding and road racing. I have a speed related plate and you can guess what it is. People pass me all the time with the and I know there'ye sometimes trying to bait me but I'm in control of whether I choose to accelerate or not. nuff said..
