Wink Starting a relationship in Seattle

I've had my 01 996 C2 for about 5 months now and its time for its 1st routine service. Does anyone out there have some recommendations for an indy garage in the Seattle area? I have seen references in this forum for Gerber Motorsports, the only garage in Seattle proper. I live in Seward Park (south end of Seattle) so it would be nice to find a mechanic closer by who knows 996s and is reasonable priced for the routine stuff and for any larger repairs down the road. Thanks in advance.

Kerry: There are a few shops that are great but on the Eastside. Cantrel's - Kirkland: all around good guy and maintains a number of cup cars. Chris's German - Bellevue. He is a factory Porsche engine builder that built the 1000HP 935s back in the day., Greg Fordaul - Bellevue (suspension). Gregg is the engineer for Alex Jobs so is out of town a lot until November. Barrier(dealer) has very good tech. They have always done right by me.

Kerry:

Hello, I live in West Seattle and take my '01 C4 to Gerber Motorsport. I have been very impressed with them from Walter Gerber on down. Very thorough and responsive to questions and feedback.

Regards, Scott

service check out Gerber or Cantrell. I have a close friend that does all of my work and for my friends, but he travels quite a bit with a factory Porsche team (crew chief) so if you want to PM he works for a great price and he shop is located in Renton area.
