Why did you trade in your 911 for a R32?

couldn't pass up the deal, got 9K more than what I paid for it.

Don't worry, I love Porsches and will get one again very soon. The R32 will be the daily driver.

9k more? how did you do that, did you sell it privately? What are your impressions of the R32 so far as a replacement, how long did you own your Porsche? GL

Funny thing is, you can buy 996 2002-2003 Porsches all day in the low 30's in the south and sell them in the high 30's up north east or west. More demand I guess.

The R32 is awesome, its not a Porsche but still very nice. It will be the daily driver but soon I will be looking for another Porsche as maybe the weekend car. Maybe!

I have an older R32(2004), and that statement just about sums it up.
It's certainly no Porsche, but it's a nice little car nonetheless.

It's no Race Car, but it's fun to take to the track.
It's no Touring Car, but it's pretty 'sporty' and comfortable on long trips.
It's no SUV, but with a full set of snowtires and AWD, it'll get you through all
but the deepest snow.
It's no Cargo Van, but you can cram a lot of stuff through the rear hatch with
the rear seats down.
It's no Luxury Car, but has an amazing interior chock full of creature comforts.

It does many things, but really doesn't do any of them exceptionally well.
All in all, it's just a nice little car.

A couple of weekends ago, I brought home a new lawnmower and hundreds of
pounds of fertilizer; peat moss; and top soil on Saturday, then on Sunday met
up with the NY area Rennlisters for their "Spring Fling" and tore up the Catskill
Mountains with them.Spring Fling
