911ava is the Gemballa source in the LA area. Lots of overpriced take-offs, etc. on Ebay all the time.

Ad does say that it's by Gemballa. Does Gemballa mod the cans?

What do you folks think of Gemballa any way? Are they legit aftermarket customizers, or just wannabes?

oh gemballa is the REAL deal, as a tuner. The styling kits and little bits are just profit centers, the prada t-shirt if you will, but these guys have produced some monster cars since the early 80s and are based near Stuttgart

these guys are Gemballa usa... for some reason they are not like the Gemballa in germany. Kinda like a vortex in gemballa world. But, What theyre doing with those modified cans is not what gemballa sells. They have their own exhaust system. I guess its like when Porsche dealers gives options like pinstriping, even though porsche dont have the option for it.

Yeah, I think Gemballa's problem is their US distribution system. They are a serious and real tuner though.

My car came from the factor with pin striping, though I think it’s pretty rare.

glad to know to steer clear of Gemballa USA. I'm always shocked in LA how many people are riding around with Gemballa decals on their rockers.

I know someone who talked/dealt with the seller '911ava'. It's some dude selling out his apt in the L.A. area, and he's kinda shady.

It looks like they combined the MkI and MkII mods. Anyone try this? Does it sound any better?

gemballa sells all "special" body parts for top dollar...and I don't see the difference.

Doesn't the term "Buy with confident" sort of tell it all? It told me a lot.
