Oh come on Phil, there is NO WAY that you have worn out your OEM mats already. Have you even had to vacuum them yet?

Ugggh. I hate the OEM 'mounting' system. Velcro? For Real? My Audi had a great snap in hole system to retain mats.

I will be going Rennline soon (although I would use them for track and street) because I don't want to go on a 3rd set. The OEM mats pile like crazy but my worn spot isn't on the clutch, it's on the go pedal side

I just installed Lloyds mats today and I really like their mounting system. One of my OEM velcro tabs fell off the drivers side, so it was't fastened in place. The Lloyds seem to be of higher quality, they fit better and I prefer the fastening system so far.

+1 for Lloyds.

What shoes are you guy wearing that puts a hole in the mat quickly? I think dress shoes tend to wear out the mat faster.

I have an extra set (F&R) of lightly used OEM mat in black. If anyone wants to buy it, PM me.

These things are indestructible. Mine are 3 years old and don't show any wear. They don't require any mounting hardware and fit perfectly. They don't slide around at all. I'll take some pics after I vacuum my car....

yeah, I'm due for a new set too....my driver's side slides around too much, sometimes bunching up under the clutch - first time it happened it prevented me from starting the car, thought it was a problem but was just the mats.

Lloyd's - is that what you guys advise?

Those cocomats remind me of ones I used to see in Mercedes.

The track mats 'look' awful in my opinion.

Stock or Lloyd's is the only way to go, IMHO. But man, I love the easy access velcro fasteners. Reminds me of Z-Cavariccis from the 80s...and holy ****, they're back.

When I bought my Cab, the first thing I did was put the "almost new" factory mats in a box to aid future resale of the car, then got a set of Lloyds for daily use. After a couple of years, the Lloyds still look good.
