Tippy, that is a nasty job. Thanks for taking the time to share the pictures. Carb cleaner worked great for me when I had my first 996 engine out. Wouldn't it be great to have a lift? I'm seriously jealous whenever I see somebody that has one in their garage.

Mark, it is fun to me, this is my Bros shop. Yea, a lift would of helped, I had the engine hanging for 2 hours trying to figure out how to get it off of the big wood block.
