Here is the wheel you want, but a little pricey.

UCK, that's exactly what I was talking about. If not for the CF crap in my car, I'd hit that up no doubt. Deifnitely price. Perfection is to add the leather stitched center which I have and enjoy.

Marc,
Do a search under my name and AGLA. Utterly disastrous experience, with an incredible amount of frustration and money down the drain.

I'd rather wrap duct tape around my 993 wheel before allowing that horse's *** to touch anything of mine again.

Found it! This thread should dissuade anyone from doing business with these buffoons: AGLA

Andreas,

Thanks, I have gotten many warnings about AGLA. I will pass for sure!
About 10 years ago or so I bought a leather ebrake cover for my 86 from him but installed it myself, quality and color was good.

Removed before I purchased the car. Wasn't on the top of my priority list and he wanted extra for it so I passed as I still got the "standard" 3-spoke wheel with the car. Kinda wish I hadn't now that I think about it.

It's essentially the OEM thicker wheel - it's a little over $1K I believe without the air bag.

Will the Airbag from the standard three spoke work with this?
I have the silver Crested one which I'd like to keep if I were to opt for this wheel.

i personally think it looks whack to put a non-leather center for this wheel. the only way to do it is to get the leather center (stitched) matched to this thicker wheel whether the crest is silver or not

The old airbag will fit fine.

So $1200+ for the wheel part.

Anyone want to buy my OEM CF steering wheel part?

Seems like a TON of money for a slightly thicker wheel? I had a 930s wheel on my first 944, but thought it was too thick, took it off and sold it. I guess I like the thick parts of the stock wheel, and the thin, when I feel like grabbing less!

It's not just thicker which it actually isn't that thick since I've seen this wheel and touched it.

It's smaller in diameter as well. I find the stock wheel a little big.

Agreed on the diameter of the stock, it really is a friggin school bus style wheel...I don't think i have an issue with it otherwise.
