tiptronic control unit

Could someone please tell me where the tiptronic control unit is located on a rhd c2 996 '98

I believe it is under the passenger seat, but I am not sure.

It is located adjacent to the DME on the shelf behind the right rear seat, and is in the same place for both LHD and RHD models.
