btw..anyone have some pics of porsche factory whites? i think there's two kinds...one is a normal color and the other one is like a super glossy uber cocaine-esque white.
I actually had a 69 mustang in that pink color. It was already painted that color when I bought it. People called it the Pink Pony and it ran very low 9's in 1/4.

I can't believe it. How can anybody pick this color (for any car) thinking it had any chance of looking good.
Surprised the crap out of me, I really like that pastel Mexicano blue
Maybe it's just the Aero package clouding my vision.

If I hadn't fallen in love with the looks and specs of my 40th Anniversary car, I would have held out for a Mexico Blue, Turquoise Blue, Lime Green, or some other stand out color. I bought my Porsche for fun and to make me feel good. I didn't buy it to blend in.
My sadly missed 993 C4S was Turquoise Blue and always got positive comments. I think oddball colors help mitigate feelings of jealousy when people see them because these colors make people feel good. How could you not smile if you saw my old car? It looked like an Easter jellybean!
